A Medical Review Officer (MRO) assists organisations to interpret results of alcohol and other drugs (AOD) results and can answer complex medical questions of fitness for work.
A high degree of integrity is critical to the process. An MRO is a doctor who has undertaken specialist training to become an MRO and is accredited by the Australian Medical Review Officers Association (AMROA).
