Introduction
Our 12-week psychological wellbeing program is to support your employees who have been identified as having flags for mental health concerns.
The program aims to provide participants with the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to enhance their mental wellbeing, reduce stress, and improve their overall quality of life.
Why do you need it?
Many employers have identified that it’s not enough to do a survey to assess psychological risk. We need to manage those risk through workplace changes to foster safe supportive work cultures, actively monitor through psychological health monitoring program and implement individual interventions to provide support to the whole employee who is managing psychosocial hazards at work and outside of the workplace.
How does it work?
Referral to the program can come from a concerned employer or via a recommendation from our psychological health monitoring program.
The program is designed to be comprehensive yet flexible, addressing a wide range of psychological wellbeing factors such as stress management, resilience building, cognitive-behavioural techniques, mindfulness, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- individualised support: participants will receive personalised guidance through three key review sessions held at weeks 1, 6, and 12. These sessions are conducted by a clinically trained staff member with specialist trauma informed care training, who will help assess progress, adjust goals, and provide targeted support.
- skill development: throughout the program, participants will be introduced to evidence-based techniques and strategies to help them manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance their overall wellbeing.
- resources: each session, participants will be provided with resources, exercises, and tools that they can incorporate into their daily lives. These resources will be tailored to their specific needs and will support their journey toward improved mental health.
- outcome-oriented: the program is goal-oriented, with a focus on measurable outcomes. Participants will have the opportunity to reassess their progress through a follow-up questionnaire post final review session, aiming to reduce scores on areas of concern identified at the outset.
By participating in this program, individuals are taking an important step toward improving their mental health and wellbeing. The program is designed not only to address current challenges but also to equip participants with lifelong skills and strategies for maintaining psychological wellbeing in the future.
