How does it work?
Once enrolled in the Resile program, your employee’s health assessment data will be captured on our biometrics database. This database is maintained at the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy. We can provide a service to gather historical data, including a manual review of files and data entry when medical forms were handwritten.
Health Data Reporting
If historical data is available, employees can be given a one-page review at the time of the assessment, and trends can be discussed as part of their assessment. After the health assessment has been completed employees receive a personalised booklet by email. This booklet includes information explaining the health assessment and their results, with comparison to previous results. The report highlights key results and any changes in their health status.
Statistical Reporting
We provide a comprehensive data analysis and statistical reporting on the overall health status of work groups for any health assessment period. This allows the monitoring of trends, comparison of different work groups or population data and targeting health or risk interventions to meet your needs.
